Oh right,
here come my point of doing this header "One upon a time... "
this post will be talking about from the day i first step into MMU...

December, 2003

Actually before alpha i already went into MMU and study around 1 month in MMU melaka already. Right after SPM on Nov 2003, my parents register a course call EEP ( Early Entrance Program) at MMU.
At first, i thought is just a english course for us to familiar with the subject before we going into university life.
But actually that was a pre-preparation for studying in MMU. we learned some MMU subject like Probability, Reseach Skill, Cyberpreneurship , Multimedia www and Creative English Quest.

Anyway, i really learn a lot from there.
the 1st time get to know others state friends.
the 1st time study in University.
the 1st time dancing on the street.
the 1st time lead my own dragon dance team.
the 1st time sitting on the road chitchat with friend overnight.
the 1st time studying,playing,lepaking,mix along with others races friend.
the 1st time playing CS with friend in their hostel. ( EP)
the 1st time etc etc...

of cause there are still a lot of first time for me.

Even sometime while i thinking back the moments we hanging around together really make me miss you guys a lot a lot.

Hopefully one day we can have a gathering or meeting again back to MMU mlk. =)

Dragon3

Last year , I went for a local movie casting and luckily i get one of the main role for the dragon3 local movie..... ( Just realize i blog this before, can click the image bellow or more to see the post entry. )

But but but but, the end of this movie shooting plan came to - CANCEL! why?
Due to the information i get from ***** and ******, they said the producer or the management they having some problem with the financial thingy. Some person said is because one of the producer take all the money and run away. @.@!

As u can see on the print screen above, i was been told that the dragon3 was cancel. * while doing FYP that time as u can see the msn with dayze on the right side. lol

So, really really too bad for me since this is my first time get into the real local movie shooting.
But nevermine, at least i get a chance to do what am i interest with, at least i get a shooting experience, at least i did something i wanted to before entering the working life. =)
*but shooting really really tiring man~

Anyway, i just finally get one of the video clip which took on the test-shooting day by my friend johnny sister, Chloe. Really thank her for this video, this video mean a lot to me. * at least i got a clip to show off to my son next time ma~ lol

The Cave & Extra

Went to The Cave( The couple club restaurant at ss2) celebrate Angel birthday.
Once u go inside u totally have the cave feel.
For me, the environment inside really nice. all the cave stone around you.
but the food there, was not so okay for me. look nice but not delicious.

Brought a marvel cartoon dvd, "The Ultimate Avengers". Story about how the Captain America came from and how he lead a gang of SHIELD heroes to save the world. not bad.

Cant wait to watch the coming soon Marvel Avengers, the real-action movie. ^^

And yet, brought a sets of Japanese comic, "梦幻战车". The story about how the main character drive the Lamborghini Countach LP400 and meets & race with all those famous sport car 1 by 1. like Porsche 911, Ferrari, Dino, Corvette...

Bye Bye teddie blog

This is the New Layout!

Not much design yet coz home don't have internet so only curi-curi steel some free time in office and update edit modifly the blog.

See the header image above? Actually my idea of this idea is to make out a photo-story-blog, comic-blog, eh... i also no idea how to call it. but the idea is i will change the header every week or everymonth ( if i free to make it ) the every next image got their own meaning inside. or maybe continuous story. Hope i can make it. ( trying to walk to design area now. )

About the design, i think most ppl will prefer more to my previous 1 ( image bellow ) the teddies blog.

"teddies are better than pots of gold", that's my previous blog design.

Anyway, i will try to update and improve more about this new layout once i free.
Coz now busying with the online advertising banner.
For whose anyone who know about online advertising or interesst about it maybe we can share some idea together? comment me =)

最新劲爆消息！大马电讯公司极可能放弃多媒体大学！据马电讯公司，他们想通过职员的贷款及售卖与电讯没有直接关系的公司资产。当中就包括了搞教育的多媒体 大学。他们打算通过这样的新理财政策为公司“解冻”14亿令吉(RM1.4 billion)！至于单单放弃多媒体大学可以为公司节省下8千万至9千万令吉 (RM800 million to RM900million)。对于职员贷款事项，马电讯高层保持乐观的态度。至于要寻找大学的收购者就有一点头痛。这不是一个全新的政策，马电讯之前已经 采取了节制政策。主要就是斩除所有不是生意利润主要来源的资产。可以看见的就是之前将整个马电讯塔售卖予ABS Berhad。

节省下来的钱主要就是想大力注入一个提升上网及伺服中心的巨型计划，high-speed broadband (HSBB)！马电讯的新目标就是进军电线电视市场。主要是模仿美国第二大型的internet service provider公司的发展趋势。这公司主要是提供电子游戏、电子手提仪器e时代用品。

若马电讯真的放弃了多媒体大学，相信这所大学的发展肯定会大大的受影响。第一就是在资金方面就成了一个问题。一个这么大的靠山放弃了多媒体大学，以 后的路肯定更加的难走。而最近闹到全院校的IT fees 风波也许就是因为这个内幕消息早前已经传到多媒体大学高层。这是为以后铺路吗？还是只是暂时应急？多媒体大学还可以向以往这么风光，继续被称为数一数二的 私立大学吗？希望这些高层的安排不会影响到学术上的发展咯~哎

TM plans to raise RM1.4b: Morgan Stanley

TELEKOM Malaysia Bhd (TM), the country's dominant phone company, plans to raise as much as RM1.4 billion from the sale of its staff loans and non-core assets, Morgan Stanley said in a report.

"The disposal of staff loans from the group's books could free up RM500 million, and the Multimedia University disposal could unlock another RM800 million to RM900 million," wrote Navin Killa and Gary Yu in the report after meeting the management last month.

Based on TM's 2007 annual report, its staff loans amounted to RM509 million, with a yearly interest of about four per cent.

"While management remains optimistic on the disposal of staff loans, the group is struggling to find a buyer for the university," the duo noted.

The non-core asset sale, if it does take place, will be the second time this year the company has sold assets to raise fresh capital.

In January, TM raised some RM1 billion by selling Mena-ra TM, Menara Celcom, TM Cyberjaya Complex and Wisma TM (Taman Desa) to Menara ABS Bhd.

TM will need between RM1 billion and RM1.5 billion a year to fund its high-speed broadband (HSBB) project.

A senior government official who spoke to Business Times on condition of anonymity said that the HSBB project is intact and an agreement is scheduled to be signed this month.

The agreement between TM and the government, which was earlier scheduled to be signed this week, was postponed.

Energy, Water and Communications Minister Datuk Shaziman Abu Mansor was to represent the government at the signing.

UBS Investment Research, in a Monday report, said that some of the capital expenditure by TM might be replaced by investments into the project.

"We expect further clarity on HSBB over these two months to alleviate investor concerns," wrote Shirley Tse in a report.

The HSBB project allows TM to use its fibre optic network to beam broadband connections speedier than what is being offered by wireless network providers, as well as provide cable television connections.

It is understood that TM is looking to provide cable TV facilities similiar to that of the US' second largest internet service provider, Comcast Corp's G4 station that focuses on games, gears, gadgets and gigabytes.

蒙古女郎阿旦杜亚命案又有惊人揭露！该案第三被告阿都拉萨（Abdul Razak Baginda）所聘用的私家侦探巴拉苏巴马廉（P Bala Subramaniam）指责警方压制证据。

巴拉苏巴马廉指出，虽然他在向警方录取口供书时，曾爆出纳吉与蒙古女郎死者阿旦杜亚（Altantuya Shaariibuu）拥有亲密的关系，但是警方却把这些惊人的内容删除，没纳入其供词里头，检控官也没有在法庭上盘问他此事。


阿旦曾索50万美元潜艇佣金

巴拉（左图）是在今年7月1日立下法定宣誓书，声称他曾告知警方，阿都拉萨告诉他说，本身是在新加坡的一场钻石珠宝展中，经由纳吉介绍才认识阿旦杜亚。

巴拉在宣誓书中指出，纳吉要求阿都拉萨好好照顾阿旦杜亚，并满足她在金钱上的要求，勿让她骚扰他，因为他现今已是副首相。阿都拉萨也说，阿旦杜亚曾索取50万美元的潜水艇交易佣金。

阿都拉萨告诉他，纳吉曾与阿旦杜亚进行性交，而阿旦杜亚也愿意进行肛交（susceptible to anal intercourse）。

此外，阿都拉萨更自揭，三人曾经在巴黎共进晚餐。

拉萨被捕当日纳吉见总警长

巴拉也宣称，当阿都拉萨(右图）在2006年11月8日被捕当日的凌晨6点30分，他正与阿都拉萨及律师在一起。阿都拉萨通知他说，他曾在前一晚发送短讯给纳吉，因为他拒绝相信本身将会被逮捕，但是却未接获任何的回应。

结果阿都拉萨过后，在凌晨7点30分接获纳吉的回覆，阿都拉萨向巴拉及律师展示这份短讯，内容是“我将会在今早11点会见总警长。。问题将会被解决。。。保持冷静。”。

此外，当阿旦杜亚失踪后的数天，她的女性朋友与私家侦探（洪忠明）曾经找上阿都拉萨的家门闹事。巴拉传召警察后不久，一辆巡逻车就抵达现场，接着一名来自金马区警局，负责调查阿旦杜亚失踪投报的警官也抵达。巴拉告诉当时在家里的阿都拉萨，他家门口所发生的事情。

结果拉萨致电一名副警监慕沙沙菲里（DSP MusaSafri），后者回电说，慕沙沙菲里将会致电给他，要求后者将电话交给该名金马区警局警官。巴拉过后接到慕沙沙菲里的来电，然后把电话交给有关 警官。在3至4分钟的通话后，该警官叫那些女人离去，并且在隔天才去找他。巴拉相信慕沙沙菲里就是纳吉的随扈。

接着巴拉在武吉阿曼被盘问长达7天，并在2006年11月尾录取口供。他说，已把一切所知道的事情，包括拉萨与阿旦杜亚所告诉他，有关他们与纳吉的关系，统统告诉警方。但是，当他签署口供书时，这些资料却被删除了。 （ 祥文 ）

昨日公开宣称副首相纳吉与蒙古女郎阿旦杜亚拥有性关系的私家侦探巴拉苏巴马廉（P Bala Subramaniam，左图），在不到24小时内立场出现急转弯，今早出乎意料的宣布撤回有关法定宣誓书的全部内容。

巴拉在今日立下一份新的宣誓书，宣布撤回上述7月1日立下的宣誓书，并且宣称本身是人胁迫下，才立下有关宣誓书。

阿旦杜亚命案第三被告阿都拉萨（Abdul Razak Baginda）所聘用的私家侦探巴拉苏巴马廉，昨日在人民公正党实权领袖安华的陪同下，揭露纳吉与阿旦杜亚拥有性关系。

巴拉是在今年7月1日立下法定宣誓书，声称他曾告知警方，阿都拉萨告诉他说，本身是在新加坡的一场钻石珠宝展中，经由纳吉介绍才认识阿旦杜亚。而阿旦杜亚更是马来西亚向法国购买潜水艇的中间人，并曾经向纳吉索取50万美元的佣金。

KUALA LUMPUR: Police omitted pertinent information allegedly linking Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak with the Altantuya Shaariibuu murder case, claimed private investigator P. Balasubramaniam in a statutory declaration.

Balasubramaniam declared he had informed police what Abdul Razak Baginda had purportedly told him prior to Altantuya's murder.

He revealed yesterday the content of the statutory declaration at a press conference organised by PKR de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim together with PKR office bearers, MPs and lawyers at the party's headquarters in Tropicana, just outside Kuala Lumpur.

He said Razak had told him that he was introduced to Altantuya by Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at a diamond exhibition in Singapore and that Najib had told him that he (Najib) and Altantuya had had a sexual relationship and that “she was susceptible to anal intercourse”.

Balasubramaniam said Razak had also told him that Najib had asked him (Razak) “to look after” Altantuya, who was also known as “Aminah”, because he did not want her to harass him now that he was the Deputy Prime Minister.

He claimed Razak had told him that Altantuya had wanted money as she felt entitled to a US$500,000 (RM1.65mil) commission from a submarine deal that she had assisted the Malaysian Government secure in Paris; and that Najib, Razak and Altantuya all had dinner together in Paris. （ Read more )

PI retracts declaration

KUALA LUMPUR: Political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda's private investigator P. Balasubramaniam on Friday retracted his statutory declaration which he made less than 24 hours ago.

"I wish to retract the entire contents of my statuutory declaration dated July 1 2008. I was compelled to affirm the said statutory declaration under duress," said Balasubramaniam in his new statutory declaration dated Friday.

The new statutory declaration states:

"I wish to expressly state that at no material time did (Abdul) Razak (Abdullah) Baginda inform me that he was introduced to Altantuya Shaariibuu by a VIP and at no material time did Razak Baginda inform me that Datuk Seri Najib (Tun Razak) had a sexual relationship with Altantuya Shaariibuu and that she was susceptible to anal intercourse.

who compelled who? we should knew it from the bottom of our heart. Impossible Anwar go and compelled Bala since he have nothing to compelled Bala , Money? Power? Who have more money and power to compelled Bala?! Straight to the point, Must be the "50th Years Goverments" who went Bala's house yesterday night!!!
