Sushi Buffet as Merdeka Day Celebration?

Yesterday Malaysia's Merdeka for 53rd year.

As a Malaysian here what we done for Merdeka Dday?

Tempting for those Sashimi lover right? ^^

Yes! We ate a lot of Salmon Sashimi and Tako to celebrate 53rd Merdeka Day at Puchong IOI Boulevard Umaiya Japanese Restaurant.

Is a Buffet Lunch special for Merdeka Day. Usually they serve buffet lunch only on Saturday and Sunday. RM 48++ per pax.

One thing i like about Umaiya is the Sushi and Salmon all freshly make for you after you order it from the menu. Fresh is most important for me as eating Salmon and Sashimi. =)

Of cause why we there for lunch not because of Merdeka Celebration la is because we are celebrating Cheryl 23rd birthday there. Yes, She is Merdeka Baby~ and for me, they tumpang celebrate my birthday in advance too! xD

They said we look like couple wor, do we? LOL

Dilemma

I think most of the people got their own dilemma in their life. So do I too.

One of my dilemma is when I still in my university study for my Degree. That’s was the time I found my dream - Acting. I joined some drama class, attend some society club drama stage performance, and in the end I felt in love with acting. Thus, I went and tried some casting for TVC and Local TV series.

Fortunately, I got some of the featured character and appear on screen but some just extra for the shooting. At that moments, I really enjoy with all those casting, shooting, acting etc etc. I can acting whoever I like. It just like being the real of me, myself.

But back to the realistic of life, I failed some of my subject due to I spend most of my time for my acting dream. My dad felt disappointed. That is the moment I having my 1st dilemma in my life. I need to decide either to stay with my acting dream or give up and concentrate on my degree. To be a filial / good son of my dad, I decided to gave up my acting dream, and promised him to get a Degree certificate first only pursuit my dream.

3 years later, now. I have a chance to pursuit my acting dream again after I been graduated for almost a year. Currently working full time as online advertising sales. As sales line i can earn enough every months. Few weeks back, one of my friend he were going to direct a on stage drama with some others famous directors.

He invited me to be one of the main actor for his drama. I was really happy to got invitation by him. His invitation remind me of what was my dream which I wanted to make it real 3 years ago. Today, I’m no longer a student , I can do whatever I like! I can pursuit my dream now! But… here I have my dilemma again, yeah although I have no commitment for any study certificate anymore.

But now I got another more heavy commitment which is my work. If I accept the invitation, I going to spend more than 4 days per week to practice, and to perform I need to have more leaves from my working hours. It will totally against my working careers. I facing my dilemma for either to give up my work now and re-pursuit my dream? Or decline the invitation? Decline the chance of my dream and continue working earning money for future sake?
Dream more important? Or Money more important? Dilemma killing me!

Anyway, that’s the dilemma still unsolved until today. Hope after watch this AVATAR movie, I can solve my dilemma. Of course , it would need Nuffnang to give me FREE ticket first. Thanks! =)

Nowadays, everyone using Twitter.

More and more people "tweet" what they doing in their life.
Some people treat it as a social messenger tool.
But for me, twitter is just a way for me to find out what the latest news, promotions, and etc etc.

I like to "follow" those corporate twitter(Coca-cola, Maxis, adTech, MediaAsia, ESPNsoccernet, SONY, nuffnang, thestar) more than those celebrity. (Ladygaga, Seankington, jason_mraz, tonyfernandes,and NajibRazak)

At first, i see all my twitter they using some weird word like: "okthkbai", "RT", "FFK", "CBF" and "DIAF". I really don't understand what's all about that. But, after that my friend, Dayze @deisereedaniel(This is what twitter mention somebody with the @ infront of the name) explain to me:

早上在纽约读到赵明福死的新闻，还有反贪污委员会的反应，加上政府高官如纳兹里的言论，我对我的国家彻底失望！

接下来，再在〈独立新闻在线〉读到陈文华揭露如何被反贪委员会盘问，调查官员极尽恐吓威胁之能事；如此对待一名市议员，甚至比犯人也不如，这个国家是极权的共产主义国度吗？

更糟糕的竟然还是调查官员不允许陈文华站着「协助调查」（这是好听说词，哪有人如此对待协助者），还指着他的眉心，开口大骂他「
ＣＩＮＡ ＢＯＤＯＨ！」

一名市议员被调查官员以如此种族主义的字眼谩骂，如果这个官员不被对付，你以为这个国家可能对一般华人平民有多好？

基宫案无声无息，反贪委员却忙着调查欧阳捍华、刘永山、郭素沁、黄洁冰、杨巧双、谢永贤、李宝霖，对了，还有赵明福。这些人不是
不能调查，但更明目张胆的基宫案到底是怎么一回事？一名牙医到底有甚么本事兴建壮观如皇宫般的住家，一扇门就可以等于一幢单层排屋的价格，钱从哪里来？明显的问题不查，却敲锣打豉查几个年轻的民联议员，这是甚么意思？

反贪污委员会到底是反民联，还是反贪污？

更甚的是，竟然骂陈文华「华人笨蛋」？！反贪委员会这是一个怎么病态的组织？！

不过，或许他骂得对，或许华人真的是笨蛋！否则，怎么可能默默忍受这种侮辱？

华人真的可能是笨蛋，明知贪官那么多，明知马华民政当家不当权，还有华人支持马华民政，还有华人投票支持国阵。

华人真的很有可能是笨蛋，种族主主义横行，马华民政到底做了甚么？有官员骂华人市议员是笨蛋，马华民政的声音在哪里？可我们的华社会还有人笨到以为马华民政是我们的希望。这种华人不够笨吗？

华人真的非常有可能是笨蛋，安华当年的黑眼圈，马哈迪说他是自己打自己，真的有人相信，一大把一大把的选票就这样给了当年的马哈迪和国阵，根本不理马哈迪是怎么以种种恶法治国。许多华裔优秀学生进不了大学，拿不到外国深造奖学金，马来人却没有这种问题。这是种族主义，还不够明显吗？笨蛋！

可是面对种种不公平的政策，动不动国阵还有人拿出５１３来吓选民，可还有华人还是支持国阵，这些华人不是笨蛋又是甚么？

真的，我越来越怀疑马来西亚有许许多多的华人是笨蛋。懦弱、无知、贪生怕死、欺善怕恶、别人施舍一点甜头，就晕头转向，只想赚钱，只想发财，有奶就是娘，这种人不是蠢才笨蛋又是甚么？

醒醒吧！如果这时候还不醒，还不辨是非，还不反抗，真是彻头彻尾的经典超级大笨蛋！

I had to go to some place in Desa Pandan yesterday afternoon. Of course the road that I used was KESAS

Highway. The story I'm about to tell started upon reaching the Toll Gate near Awan Besar

. It happened after I handed to the Toll Operator my payment for using that expensive highway - RM 2.20.

Me : "Resit, pliz..."
Toll Operator : "Err, bang, resit takde la..."
Me : "Mcm mana boleh takde pulak...?"
Toll Operator : "Erm, saya TERTEKAN kelas 4.... harga dia lain..."
Me : "Kelas 4???".... (sambil tercari-cari where I could find any clue about Kelas 4...)

Ah, there it is, just right in front of me...

All of the sudden,

Toll Operator : "Bang, nah amik la... saya bagi 'change'" (handing me RM1.10)
Me : (automatically accept the notes with blank expression, shut my window close and bye-bye)

At first, I said to myself, "Hey, at least I pay half, itu sudah Untung..."

Until I realize the actual plot done by the Toll Operator... Damn it, I forgot his name from the name tag!!!

Like what old folk said - Selagi tak kena batang hidung sendiri, selagi itu kita tak sedar.
Now I know that there is some basis of a few allegation towards the Toll Operator. Even one of my friend refuse to work as Toll Operator due to this sinister plot.

Apparently, most of them vowed not to disclose this wrongdoing to other people and unanimously doing it without any guilt.

So how much do the Toll Operator actually earn from this broad day light robbery in their own employer's premises. Let say that every time the Class 1, 2 and 3 pass through the gate and the Operator press the Class 4 for Taxis...

One Car - Class 1 - Loss - $1.10
One Lorry - Class 2 - Loss -$ 2.20
One Lorry - Class 3 - Loss - $3.30

If the Operator manage to get 100 vehicle for every class in a period of 8 working hours a day.

Class 1 $1.10 x 100 = $110
Class 2 $2.20 x 100 = $220
Class 3 $3.30 x 100 = $330
Total = $660.00 per day!

Assuming he/she work for 5 days a week or 22 days a month.
Total = RM 14,520.00 per month!!!
Not including his/her own monthly salary....
Wow!! that's more than 3 times fold of normal engineer's salary.

And that's only for one operator... how about other operators that did the same thing?!

Remember Ask for the receipt next time!!!

Last time we went for qing ming, we need to climb the hill , find your ancestor "house" from the thousand of "house" and you need weed, sweep and clean it.

But now it seem like the century have come to the revolution of qing ming?

We not need to do those because it already clean and clear whenever you come.
Maybe is because nowadays , whenever your loved one pass away they will rather RIP at Nilai Memorial park or Nirvana there. Is it truth?

I'm not sure about that, but one thing i can tell is the environment of Nilai Memorial Park there is really quiet and peace. you can see all the trees and grass there. All green.

I think i would like to RIP there also next time... ( gosh, think too far away already.. choi choi choi ) =.=

Anyway, here is my grandfather big "house". His "house" is 3 times bigger than others at that "area" or "taman". Don't play play. LOL

Ohya, another qing ming revolution point:

Nowday we play firecracker while qing ming but not Chinese New Year. Why?

Because police wont ask you to pay for their "kopi" or "tea" fee at early morning of qing ming. ^^

As the title mention, i went to the Thai Restaurant - myElephant for my dinner today.
This is not the 1st time i visit the restaurant. First went there is for my friend chee wei birthday celebration. So, this time i bring gf to try the Thai food since she like Tom Yam so much. =D

Cant remembered the actual name but i know is fried chicken, it look like prawn right?

Can't remembered the food name as well, but it's some tempura + vegetable+carrot?

Hi,
Last entry i mention i freaking bored at home.
But right after i posted that blog entry. My friend Abby invited me to go Genting since both of us have nothing to do. So we decided to spend our Saturday's Night there. Dong Jian joined us too.

Went to the First World Hotel Starbucks and then First World Casino.
I was bored after played few round in Casino. No winning luck. Wanted to go back but i'm not the driver to decide go downhill. The driver is busying trying her luck on the "Banker/Player" table there. So, luckily i did bring my PSP there and i enjoying my FIFA 09 inside Casino. =.=|||

Reach home around Sunday 6am morning.
After bath then catch my dream on bed.
Wake up at almost 4pm, preparing the 6pm dinner gathering with my ex-housemate at Puchong Daorae Korean BBQ .
After the dinner, don't know where can we lepak-ing. Sing k? Expensive. Movie? No nice movie or watched. Yumcha? We just ate. So? We hitted the Genting again. =.="

What can we do at Genting Highland? I can tell you there are 4 things u can do.

1.Genting Casino.

I think 70% of people who going genting just because of this. Hardcore gamble kaki can be 24 hours lepak in the Casino without rest without eat.

2. Genting Starbucks.

For those who don't gambling , this is the place for you to lepak.

3. Genting Night Scene.

After the drink at Starbucks, if you don't feel like going down hill. You can try to walk around the genting outdoor. Sometime u can catch the pretty night scene of the whole KL city.

4. Genting Toilet.

If you win money already, or if you feel lonely coldly? need some warmness hug? you can try visit this place. Guarantee lot of choice for you to pick. xD

So, as you can read though that's how i spend my weekend. =)

Tonight got FA Cup football match. But no Kakis to go watch with.

So now end with blogging at home. with the Coventry Vs Chelsea live streaming. ( I ain't chelsea fans, just wanted to see chelsea lose.)

Yesterday went to cinema watch "Watchmen". The movie not bad. at least better than the previous " The Spirit ". I will be really love the movie if i did read their comic before that.

those Watchmen inside, i prefer the Rorschach. I mean i like Rorschach more compare with others. why? watch Watchmen then you will know. ^^

Been busy since Chinese New Year till Valentine's Day
and now busying with Study and working...

Seriously i tell you, studying and working at the same time is really tiring.
I cant imagine when the final exam period how am i gonna be. @_@

And another thing is dunno is good news or bed news.
my superior will be leaving the company by end of this month.
That mean im all by my own to do the company sales ALONE.
Starting to feel the heavy stress is coming to me now...

Now, I am having sick flu since the morning until now ( midnight ).
I don't allow my body to get weak because my colleague started to get chicken pox since my boss, who the first one then now until the 5th colleague continuously got the chicken pox last 2 day. OMG!
I really don't wish to get any sick or chicken pox at the moment now. If i get sick , who gonna do my works? and how am i gonna go to class?!

Guys, pray for me can? i know you will. thanks =)

One Night 4 College Students Were Playing Till Late Night And Didn't Study For The Test Which Was Scheduled For The Next Day.

In the morning they thought of a plan. They made themselves look as dirty and weird with grease and dirt. Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed a distinct slow down in overall system performance, particularly in the flower and jewelry applications, which operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0.

In addition, Husband 1.0 uninstalled many other valuable programs, such as Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5, and then installed undesirable programs such asNBA 5.0, NFL 3.0 and Golf Clubs 4.1.

Conversation 8.0 no longer runs, and Housecleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system.

Please note that I have tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to no avail.

What can I do?

First, keep in mind, Boyfriend 5.0 is an Entertainment Package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system.

Please enter command: ithoughtyoulovedme.html and try to download Tears 6.2 and do not forget to install the Guilt 3.0 update.

If that application works as designed, Husband 1.0 should then automatically run the applications Jewelry 2.0 and Flowers 3.5.

However, remember, overuse of the above application can cause Husband 1.0 to default to Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0 or Beer 6.1.

Please note that Beer 6.1 is a very bad program that will download the Farting and Snoring Loudly Beta.

Whatever you do, DO NOT under any circumstances install Mother-In-Law 1.0 (it runs a virus in the background that will eventually seize control of all your system resources.)

In addition, please do not attempt to reinstall the Boyfriend 5.0 program.These are unsupported applications and will crash Husband 1.0.

In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly. You might consider buying additional software to improve memory and performance. We recommend Cooking 3.0 and Hot Lingerie 7.7.

2009 Resolution

Time pass really fast
i still remember the last last year new year eve celeb at the curve with friends to welcome the coming of 2008.
Now, another brand new year 2009 already.

Look back, as what i can remember what i did for 2008...

1st came into my mind is, i cant graduate together with all my friends. T_T

2nd, middle of the year began my internship at CARI Internet Sdn Bhd after that work as permanent staff until now.

3rd, i have a relationship more than 1 year! feel proud! haha

4th, fulfill 2/3 of my 2008 wishlist. PSP and Laptop.

5th, move from Cyberjaya to SS2 then move to Kelana Puteri Condo then move to Company rental house.

6th, Before end of year, i able to have a primary school-mate reunion gathering.

7th, Began my online advertising career on December and found out that earning money is so hard. @_@

8th, 2 of my friends went to US and one still at Aus.

9th, I quit smoke and i did it!

10th the last one, I knew a bunch of crazy playful blogger friends!!!

Ok, that's all i can think for 2008, now is the resolution for the brand new 2009!

2.Convocation
3.Career
4.Vacation

1st, Health.
Of course this is the most important not because i got sick right now. Is just i need to keep my body as healthy as i can so that the sick virus wont come and visit me, so that i can live more longer in this world. More healthy food needed, less KFC and McD and this year no matter how i must go GYM!

2nd, Convocation.
I must graduate this year no matter how! FYI, due to my laziness last 2 years ago and it turned up i get extended 1 more year. I did thought to quit my degree last time but NOT NOW! I still got 2 more subject to go. It's mean, i gonna score well for that last 2 subjects and going on stage with the square hat!

3rd, Career.
As i mention above in December 2008 i have started my online advertising career in CARI. My position now is Digital Media Specialist and my job is to bring more sales ( $$$ ) to my company. I wanted to learn online advertising since 2 years ago. So the lucky me got the chance to learn that in CARI so i gonna appreciate it and learn + work hard on this.

4th, Vacation.
This is one of the wishlist for 2008 which i cant make it. I cant save more extra money to afford me to go for any vacation since i already spend on others things. ( PSP and Laptop) haha. So, this year i wanna to earn more money to have more extra money that afford me to go for a vacation. I don't really mind where is the location as long as is relaxing enough can already. Beach will be the best. ^^

I think these 4 are the main resolution for my 2009.
Of course there are still a lot of things i want to do in this years. Human are greedy right? haha

That's all. Hope i can achieve all of these resolution in 2009.
I will read back this one by the end of the 2009 later. haha

Be careful Chinese New Year oranges round the corner ???

I received this forward email yesterday,

Chinese new year is drawing near. When buy Chinese oranges please beware of the worms inside. These worms are very similar to the texture of the orange and therefore can only be observe if you look carefully (long sighted person may not notice).

The Chinese government had in fact made effort to destroy hundreds of tons of these oranges and compensate the farmers for these. But however some culprit may still sell it illegally. That's why we need to be careful.

Whether the worms is harmful to the human body or not is still questionable. But generally if few numbers are consumed it should not make any harm according to doctors. It is advisable to be careful about it.

I think i don't dare to eat any mandarin Orange on this coming CNY.
